Equipment Fee: $25 per athlete
In order to provide and maintain quality equipment for our athletes to use, we have begun to implement an Equipment Fee, which started this 2011 Fall Session. The equipment fee will go toward the purchase of the balls, hats, goal cages, shot clocks and game clocks, storage bins, etc. that our athletes use each session. We are fortunate to be able to use hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of equipment at the pool sites we utilize, some of which is received through very generous donations, and we need to be able to maintain and contribute to this state-of-the-art equipment.
Two-Week Trial: (November 28th - December 11th)
1) If you are new to the Club and interested in our Two-Week Trial, payment and all registration materials (including USA Water Polo membership) must be completed in order to participate. (Your check will not be cashed unless you decide to continue with the program.)
2) If you are new to the sport of water polo, you may use the USA Water Polo Trial Membership. (click here). However, it is only good for one week of practice (no competitions). After the first week of practice you must register for the annual (2012) Silver Athlete Membership if you want to continue the Two-Week Trial and/or the remainder of the Winter Session. (Please forward the Registration Confirmation to Dawn at stanfordwaterpoloclub@yahoo.com). Please date the Trial Membership application with 11/28/2011, make a copy for yourself, fax it to USWP (714-960-2431), and mail the original with the rest of your registration paperwork.
Note: The Two-Week Trial is not available to returning Club members, including previous Trial athletes.
Refund Policy: $100.00 of the registration cost is non-refundable. The balance is refundable at a pro-rate during the first three weeks of the program.
Practice Groups: The table below contains general information on practice days, times, and locations, as well as a brief description of each group.
