The program is designed for athletes who have a background in strength training and are looking to engage in a challenging conditioning program. This program will be open to High School level athletes only, and workouts will be held at Stanford University.
The Strength Development Program is a unique opportunity for our club athletes to strength train for the physical demands of water polo. Athletes will learn how to safely build strength and agility while performing challenging and exciting workout routines in a controlled and educational environment.
